Gym Motivation

As I have self declared, 2011 was my LAST "fat year."  I have made a New Year's Resolution [and so far kept it] of beginning a new and healthier lifestyle.  I hope to use this page to update on healthy recipes that picky eaters like myself will actually eat and workout techniques and routines that work!






Arm Routine #1:



3x15 alternating curls : fully extend your arm and bring it up to a little less than a 45 degree angle.

3x15 front and lateral raises : start with your arms at your side; front- bring out your arms straight in front of you , parallel with the floor, and then return to sides. lateral- same idea, just take arms out to your side!

3x15 kickbacks : lean over on a bench, bring elbow parallel to the ceiling and then extend arms backwards.


Also prepared a great meal tonight that was totally healthy!
